Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the arrival time. ​

​Children and beds ​
Children of all ages are welcome. Baby cots and a high chair are available upon request. All cots and high chairs are subject to availability. ​

Extra beds.
Extra beds are possible upon request. All extra beds are subject to availability. Apartment 2 does not have enough space for an extra bed.  ​

Age restriction
The minimum check-in age is 25 years. ​

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, sauna, pool and hot tub. ​

Parties
Parties/events are not permitted. This property does not accommodate stag, hen or similar parties.  ​

Quiet time
Guests must remain quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. ​

Pets
Pets are not allowed. ​

Pool, sauna, whirlpool, playground
The outdoor pool is closed from Tue, Oct 1, 2024 until Thu, May 1, 2025.
The hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Tue, Oct 1, 2024 until Thu, May 1, 2025.
The sauna is closed from Tue, Oct. 1, 2024 to Thu, May 1, 2025.
The playground is closed from Tue, Oct. 1, 2024 to Thu, May 1, 2025.
Entering is at your own risk; parents are responsible for their children. 
Please do not use glass at the pool or hot tub. Special plastic glasses are available in the apartments.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
about renting our holiday accommodation

The following general terms and conditions apply to the use of the above-mentioned holiday accommodation:


1.  VALIDITY

 

The general terms and conditions apply to the rental of the holiday accommodation for accommodation as well as all other services provided by the landlord for the guest.

2.  BOOKING
 

The booking of the holiday accommodation is made through the booking confirmation, which is sent to the guest following the online booking. Once you receive the booking confirmation, the booking is legally binding. By booking, these general terms and conditions and the house rules, which were made available to the guest in advance, are also accepted. ​

3.   YOUR STAY

 

The holiday accommodation including inventory and the facilities belonging to the house must be treated with care by the guest. The guest is responsible for cleaning the holiday accommodation themselves during the rental period. The guest must also ensure that the windows are closed, the lights are turned off and the radiators are turned down when leaving the apartment. The use of the holiday accommodation is reserved for the guests specified when booking. If more people use the holiday accommodation than agreed, a separate fee of EUR 50 per person/night must be paid. Subletting or transferring the holiday accommodation to third parties is not permitted.  The house rules sent to the guest for information apply during the stay. In the event of violations of the General Terms and Conditions or the house rules, the landlord is entitled to terminate the rental agreement immediately and without notice. There is no legal right to a proportionate repayment or compensation.

 

4. PAYMENT

 

The guest is obliged to pay the landlord's prices applicable for the rental of the holiday accommodation and the other services used by him.

 

 
5.  CANCELLATION

 

Free cancellation for direct bookings is possible up to 48 hours before the arrival time. Withdrawal must be made in writing. The landlord can cancel the booked service without giving reasons up to 90 days before arrival. Payments already made will then be refunded in full to the guest. A later cancellation of the contract is also permitted in the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances that make the booked stay impossible. In this case, liability is limited to refunding the rental price. If the withdrawal is justified, the guest has no right to compensation. Liability for travel and hotel costs is also excluded. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

 

 
6.  LIABILITY

 

The landlord is liable within the scope of the duty of care for the proper provision of the rental property. Liability for possible failures or disruptions in the water or electricity supply as well as events and consequences due to force majeure are excluded. The landlord also assumes no liability for the loss of items or theft in the house or on the property.  The guest is liable for damage caused by the guest that was caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Arrival and departure are also the guest's own responsibility and liability. In addition, if the keys to the holiday accommodation are lost, a fee of 150 euros will be charged.

 

 
7.  WRITTEN FORM

 

Changes and additions to these general terms and conditions must be made in writing. This also applies to changes to this written form clause. Furthermore, no verbal agreements were made.

 


8.  SEVERABILITY

 

If individual provisions of these general terms and conditions are invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after becoming aware of them, this will not affect the validity of the rest of the general terms and conditions. The invalid or unenforceable provision should be replaced by an effective and enforceable provision whose effects come as close as possible to the economic objectives that the parties pursued with the ineffective or unenforceable provision.
